    REQUIRED FORMS
    1. Landlord Membership Agreement - The agreement between Landlord or authorized agent and APG stipulating the specific terms and conditions for each specific service. Please ask your Free Tenant Consultant about these forms.
    2. Collection Assignment - APG required form to be signed by the Landlord or authorized agent giving APG's collections network the right to pursue collections on a debtor Leasee.
    3. Monetary Court Judgment Assignment - APG required form to be signed by the Landlord or Authorized Agent giving APG's collection network the right to pursue collections on a monetary court judgment.
    4. Preferred Billing Agreement - Required if not using the PayPal payment system.
    5. Report a Breach/Default - Report required to notify APG of a breach or default of a lease or to update APG on an existing case.

      HELPFUL FORMS
      The following forms are offered as examples of what may be used by the Landlord. It is the Landlords responsibility to follow all State and Federal Laws. APG makes no warranty or representation as to the legality of these forms.

  6. Collection Management - Interface for the Landlord to monitor their collection cases. This area also includes an example individualized system for a properties pre eviction collection process. Also included is a listing of helpful forms that can be integrated into this system to assist the Landlord in the collections process.
    1. Late Notice - Used to notify Tenant of late rent payment
    2. Late Notice with fees - Used to notify Tenant of the fees they owe for late rent payment.
    3. 24 Hour Warning - Used to warn Tenant of impending eviction.
    4. Notice to Vacate - Used to warn Tenant of impending eviction execution.
    5. Final Notice to Vacate - Used to warn Tenant of scheduled eviction execution.
